The pro package is designed for athletes who are serious about their training and are looking to progress their performance to the highest level.
Your programme will be 100% personalised to you, taking into consideration your goals, experience, and time available for training, but has the added benefit of being flexible. Missed a session? No problem, your coach will be on-hand to reschedule to ensure you get the best gains you can.

- Guidance on strength and conditioning

- We come back to you, usually same-day, to confirm if we have availability (we have a maximum athlete limit to ensure we can offer a quality service).
- We will set up a 1-2-1 initial consultation, generally over the phone or video call, in which we discuss your experience, goals, ambitions and work-life-training balance.
- Within 5-7 days, we are ready to go. We provide you with a Training Peaks (basic level) account, where all of your daily sessions will be uploaded ready for you to get started with those gains!
