Pre-set training plans
Don't know if structured training is for you? Can't justify the cost? A pre-set training plan may be for you.
These low-cost plans are ready to go and can be started at any time, and generally focus on a specific area of cycling for a set period of time (generally 3-6 weeks). There are no set-up fees, and we can provide you with a basic level of TrainingPeaks app to allow you to seamlessly sync your workouts to your chosen device. Most of our plans, unless stated, rely on the use of a power meter, but if you don't have a power meter then drop us an email and we will see what we can do!
